2nd Annual Red White & Blue and V-Dubs Too!!, Arkansas State University, Mountain Home, AR. This show is hosted by the Twin Lakes V-Dubbers and is part of the family friendly Red White & Blue Festival set in the beautiful Ozark Mountains. Arrive a day early and enter your car in the parade, then stay Saturday night for the amazing fireworks display. Registration is from 9:00am to 12:00pm; entry fee is $25.00; all judged entries get a t-shirt & first 75 judged entries get a goody bag. The top 30 air cooled and the top 10 water cooled receive awards as well as specialty awards. There will be door prizes, raffle items, and a 50/50 drawing. Our host hotel is the Ramada Inn, 870-425-9191, say that you are with the VW Show to get the special rate of $74.99, (which includes a hot breakfast), and call before May 25th to guarantee room availability. The Red White & Blue Festival is a family-friendly, community festival set in the Ozark Mountains in Mountain Home, Arkansas. This year marks the 18th annual, summertime celebration. Over the years, the Red White & Blue Festival has become a tradition for locals and visitors alike. The festival offers a parade, rodeo, car show, concerts, kids activities, food, fireworks, and more. The highlight of the Festival is an amazing fireworks display on Saturday night on the Arkansas State University campus.
