She purchased the winning ticket from Chris Carter at Carter’s Jewel Chest. We are excited again this year that the winning ticket was on the first draw.

Each Year, Carter’s Jewel Chest of Mountain Home designs a custom piece of jewelry created especially to commemorate the Red White and Blue Festival. This year the piece is a breathtaking Star Pendant outlined in diamonds and featuring a burst of rubies and sapphires.
